As Operations Director at Hive Media Control, James oversees the operational side of the business, developing the systems, processes and infrastructure needed to support Hive’s continued growth.
Since joining Hive in 2023, James has progressed from Assembly Engineer to Head of Production and now Operations Director, giving him a hands-on understanding of the business from product assembly through to operational strategy. He works across production, supply chain, procurement, compliance and wider business operations, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality and scalability.
Drawing on a long-standing career within the events and creative industries, James also brings a deep understanding of Hive’s customers and the environments in which its products are used.
As part of Hive’s senior leadership team, his focus is on creating a strong, scalable operational foundation for the company’s next phase of growth.
